The Imperial Hotel, Castle Douglas

The hotel is perfectly situated, right in the town center, close to everything we needed. The rooms are cozy, but the Wi-Fi signal is a bit weak. The staff tried their best to address any issues during my stay. Although the breakfast was not included, the homemade sweets were a delightful touch.

This hotel offered a convenient location in the center of town, close to the market, making it easy to access various amenities nearby. The rooms were spacious and modern, providing a comfortable stay overall. Although the Wi-Fi was available, it came with an additional charge, which was a slight downside. The staff put in efforts to address any maintenance issues promptly, ensuring a pleasant experience during my stay.

The hotel is in the center of town, in a great area right next to everything we needed in Castle Douglas. The rooms are spacious and modern, with Wi-Fi even in the wardrobe, but the price could be better. The service, despite efforts from staff to repair things, is convenient with excellent housekeeping and laundry services. The location is superb, offering easy access to all the essentials. However, the dining, not included, lacked fruit preserves. The facilities are convenient and family-friendly.
